By commissioning work from Kunj Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services

Kunj Designs provides creative design services including but not limited to:

• Logo design and brand identity
• Website design and development
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• Branding and marketing materials
• 3D rendering and digital creatives
• E-commerce solutions

4. Project Process

Our typical project process includes:

1. Initial consultation and requirement gathering
2. Proposal and quote approval
3. Design concept development
4. Client feedback and revisions
5. Final delivery and project completion

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 50% is required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope may require a revised quote.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. However:

• Kunj Designs retains the right to use project work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) may have separate licensing terms
• Copyright of custom code and designs transfers to the client upon payment

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes client business information and Kunj Designs' proprietary processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kunj Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
